Pushena builds internal digital tools for private medical clinics. Our main goal is to eliminate chaos from doctors' schedules and make working with patient records simple and predictable.
We are developing a single panel where a doctor sees their day, appointment history, and notes on one screen, while a patient can easily book a convenient time. No more lost paper notes or scheduling confusion.

For private clinics and small medical centers with 3 to 30 doctors. We help those who have outgrown spreadsheets but are not ready to buy heavy hospital systems.

An intuitive booking system that eliminates scheduling conflicts and allows patients to easily reschedule appointments.

Secure and structured patient records that are easy to search, update, and maintain, ensuring no information is ever lost.

First engineer at Pushena. Architected the core platform and leads the engineering team. Responsible for technical hiring, onboarding, and ensuring the team builds calm, reliable software. Combines an engineering background with a degree in psychology.
Kairat B.
Responsible for the mobile experience. Builds the tablet and smartphone versions of the platform so doctors can move freely and patients can book appointments on the go.
Open Role
Ensures the product is reliable. Manages testing strategies, performs acceptance testing, and ensures no critical bugs reach doctors and patients.
